Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately NO cancellations are deposit refundable. I WILL move the deposit ONE time to a time that better fits the both of us. Cancellations less than 48hrs prior to appointment will be charged half of the total. NO SHOWS will be charged the FULL amount. Please keep in mind to come to appointment alone (no friends/kids), for that will be considered a cancelation as well. LATE POLICY: ***NO GRACE PERIOD!! IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE CHAIR AT APPOINTMENT I WILL EITHER CANCEL, OR DEPENDING THE STYLE, APPLY A LATE FEE. (Not pulling up, not up the street IN THE CHAIR!!) CANCELATIONS: 48hr no exceptions!!! SHAMPOO INCLUDED WITH EVERY BOOKING: Shampoo included with all styles. If you come washed, please be product free. And YES I do appreciate it even its from time to time. Hair must be detangled and ready for shampoo. IF HAIR IS NOT DETANGLED, APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED!!!
